Remuneration model – results are the bottom line

Our remuneration model comprises both fixed and performance-related components. We also make capital formation contributions and offer all employees with open-ended contracts an excellent company pension scheme.

Our pay-scale staff come under either the collective wage agreement for the private banking industry or the one for the private insurance industry (MEAG Property Management GmbH). In addition to 14 monthly pay cheques, these employees also receive an individual performance bonus based on the fulfilment of their objectives.

The salaries of positions not governed by wage agreements are negotiated individually. The individual bonus is a significant part of the total emoluments for these employees. It is paid in accordance with the fulfilment of individual objectives and MEAG's overall success.
