Remuneration model – results are the bottom line

Our remuneration model contains both fixed and performance-related components. We also pay capital formation contributions and offer all employees with open-ended contracts an excellent company pension scheme.

With our pay-scale employees we are subject to the collective wage agreement for the private banking industry or private insurance industry (regional real estate companies) in Germany. In addition to the 14 monthly wage payments, our pay-scale employees also receive an individual performance bonus dependent on the attainment of their objectives.

The salaries of positions not governed by wage agreements are negotiated individually. The individual bonus is a significant part of the total salary for these employees. It is paid in accordance with the fulfilment of individual objectives and MEAG's overall success.
