Company pension plan and additional benefits

Another important component in our remuneration system is our company pension plan, which provides our employees with unexpiring benefits as soon as the probationary employment period is ended.

The highly attractive MEAG Model with individually selectable building blocks (company pension, direct insurance, deferred compensation) ensures an additional old age pension to the state pension plan and insures employees against occupational disability.

We also like to enable our employees to participate in the success of the Munich Re Group through the "Employee Participation Programme". In past years our employees have had the opportunity to purchase Munich Re shares at very favourable conditions.

And we of course also offer additional benefits that you would expect from a large insurance group.
