The personnel development system

"MEAG – Success by Objectives" is our central personnel development and management tool


This system gives our employees an orientation by setting clear goals, and promotes an open dialogue between staff and managers.

It fulfils four key functions:

Corporate management:
Realisation of the corporate goals through the objectives of the individual employees

Personnel development:
The optimal individual furtherance of our employees

Remuneration:
Finding the employee's personal performance-oriented remuneration package

Management feedback:
Maintaining an open and collegial dialogue between employee and management. "MEAG – Success by Objectives" also helps plan individual careers and gives employees and the company an orientation for their joint future. It forms the basis for our internal vocational training programmes and for management development at MEAG.
