Harald Lechner, Member of the Board of Management at MEAG MUNICH ERGO Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH

After his bank traineeship, Harald Lechner studied business administration at Mannheim University. In 1991 he began his professional career in the Auditing unit at KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft AG in Munich, with a focus on financial services. In 1997 he joined KPMG New York as a Senior Manager before being promoted to Partner. Lechner joined MEAG MUNICH ERGO Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH as divisional head of Back Office KAG on 1 January, 2001. Since 1 January, 2002 he has been a Member of the Board of Management in charge of the Risk Management, Central Fund Management and Central/Staff Function units.
