Dieter Wolf graduated from Würzburg University in business administration. During his studies (inter alia mathematics) he completed various internships in Germany, Great Britain and the USA. He started his professional career in 1976 in the Research Department at Bayerische Vereinsbank, where he held several positions in the Securities and Treasury Department, was Manager of the Money Market Department and General Manager of the Asset Liability Management as well as of the Securities Department. He was also responsible for various operations outside of Germany. In 1995 he became Managing Director of the Institutional Asset Management Company of Bayerische Vereinsbank. Mr. Wolf joined the MEAG management team in August 1999. In his capacity as Managing Director, he is responsible for AuM of currently € 200 bn in bonds, equities and alternative investments. He also serves on various advisory boards.
