Dr. Knut Riesmeier, Managing Director at MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH and MEAG MUNICH ERGO Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH

Dr. Riesmeier graduated in both surveying and macroeconomics. After completing his studies he became a management consultant and then worked in real estate companies. In 1995 he moved to Munich Re's real estate company Grundbesitzverwaltungs GmbH as Managing Director. He joined the management of MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH upon its founding on 1 April,1999. He is responsible for the Real Estate Portfolio Management and Asset Management/Regional Companies business units. He has also been a Managing Director at MEAG MUNICH ERGO Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH since 1 September, 2003, where he is responsible for the Real Estate unit.
