MEAG acquires property development in Toulouse

MEAG has purchased the office development "Aéropark" in Toulouse from Bouygues Immobilier for its property special fund MEAG Euro Pro.
The planned building, with a total surface area of 6,500 sqm and 329 parking spaces, will be built in the Aéropark in the Quartier Saint-Martin du Touche just south of Blagnac airport. Construction is to begin at the end of April 2007, with completion and delivery planned for November 2008.
Toulouse is the second largest location for the aerospace industry in France and one of the most important in Europe. This aerospace cluster near the airport benefits from the growth in the industry, with Blagnac being the most popular location in 2006, accounting for 32% of all transactions in Toulouse.
MEAG MUNICH ERGO AssetManagement GmbH in Munich is the asset manager for Munich Re and ERGO Insurance Group. With offices in New York and Hong Kong, MEAG has an international orientation and also manages the assets of clients outside the Munich Re Group.
