With properties to the value of round EUR 10 bn under management, MEAG is one of the leading real estate investment managers on the market (31th December 2009).

We benefit from a long-standing partnership with our shareholders Munich Re and ERGO Versicherungsgruppe. This collaboration has helped us develop our two key strengths over the years: an international presence in all investment markets; and the ability to develop assets over the long term, while not missing short-term opportunities.

In addition to our own expertise, we also dispose over an established global network of partners, who give us a critical edge on their local markets. And we have been proving our competence for many years for one of the most demanding customers there is: the Munich Re Group.
