Application & Job offer
You can submit your application to us in just a few minutes! Once you have completed a short registration process and uploaded your application documents (cover letter, CV, references) onto our job portal, you will receive an automatic confirmation to say that your documents have been received.

Preselection
Our colleagues from HR and the relevant department will review your application to see whether it meets the job requirements. We will also review your documents to identify all of the positions at MEAG that suit your qualifications and interests. If we receive a large volume of applications, this process may take a little longer in some cases. In any case, we will generally try to get back to you in good time. You can find out about the status of your application via our application portal.

Personal meeting
If we are impressed with your documents, we would then like to get to know you better in a first round of interviews. This lasts roughly 1½ hours (involves HR department/team leader). This interview is held face-to-face or over the telephone. There is usually a second round, when you will meet other colleagues in your future team.

Employment Contract
We guarantee that we will get back to you quickly after each selection process. If all goes well, we will send you a copy of your employment contract in the post before you start, as well as a signed and scanned copy via e-mail if you have requested one. Take some time to read it through and our HR representative will be happy to help you if you have any questions

Welcome at MEAG
All that remains is for you to sign! Our onboarding programme makes joining MEAG easy. In addition to the popular series of job intro talks entitled “MEAG für MEAG” (“MEAG for MEAG”), our special induction event featuring our business game “MEAG gewinnt” (“MEAG wins”) is an opportunity to network with your new colleagues and to get a good overview of MEAG quickly.
